Orange Quail Interiors provides interior design consultation, planning, and execution services, including but not limited to:

  • Modular interiors, kitchen, and wardrobe design

  • Space planning and material selection

  • 3D visualization and installation services

All services are subject to availability, consultation, and a signed agreement or quotation.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, systems, or networks.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting any forms or requests.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates or quotations provided by Orange Quail Interiors are based on current material and labor costs and are subject to change.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on design changes, material selections, site conditions, or client requests.

  • Any additional work beyond the initial scope will be charged separately upon approval.

  • Taxes, delivery, and installation costs will be communicated before project confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule mentioned in your proposal or contract.

  • A percentage of the total project value is required as an advance to initiate work.

  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of work or project delivery.

  • All payments must be made via authorized payment channels (bank transfer, UPI, cheque, etc.).

5. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All drawings, layouts, concepts, and designs created by Orange Quail Interiors remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the final design for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate project information, site access, and necessary approvals.

  • Ensure timely communication and feedback for project milestones.

  • Obtain any legal permissions (e.g., society or building permits) if required.

  • Be available for measurements, material selections, and sign-offs as scheduled.

7. Project Timeline & Delays

  • Timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on scope, site conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orange Quail Interiors is not liable for delays caused by third parties, suppliers, or client inaction.

  • Any extension or change in timeline will be communicated in advance.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before design commencement may incur a service charge.

  • Once design or production has begun, advance payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–14] working days after approval.

  • In case of project termination, billing will be done for completed work and materials procured up to that date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orange Quail Interiors shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Damages arising from misuse of products or materials post-installation.

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or force majeure events (floods, fire, pandemic, etc.).

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Warranties

  • Product warranties (if any) will be as per the respective manufacturer’s terms.

  • Workmanship warranty may be provided for a limited period as per your service agreement.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper maintenance are not covered.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Website may include links to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing such websites is at your own risk.

12. Privacy
